Empowering women against success bullying in their careers is what Tera Carissa Hodges pledges to help women with through her website “Success Bullying,”which is all about aiding women to fight the bullying and the slander they face on their journey to success, accomplishment and achievement. She aims to instill women with hope, confidence, and positivity to further encourage their success and taking their career to the next level.

To set a firm foot into one's chosen industry and to keep moving on that path to success is something not all have been able to do in their careers and lives. However, some have still done that, and amazingly it is the success of women that has stunned more people worldwide. It is often noticed that when men achieve greater feats in their chosen industries, they get highly celebrated and honoured, whereas when a woman achieves the same and most often more than them, why is it that people "are taken by surprise"? 

I have officially been in business since 2016, though I began working on projects independently as early as 2009. I have always been interested in helping celebrities, ministries, brands, businesses, politicians, and small businesses use the media to shape their brand. As it relates to my media career, my undergraduate degree is in journalism. My corporate experience is in media. Once I realized how effective I was being for my company at that time in 2009, I knew I could get the same results for myself while building my own brand in the media and empowerment arena. Currently, faith, empowerment, and media are the crux of my company. I combine all three to help clients with their messaging.

There are innumerable success stories that we might have heard and known so far. Some were backed by destiny, and some others were created from the ground up. Often, the stories that belong to the latter category are the ones that face several challenges and hurdles on their path and still go ahead in instilling much hope, positivity and inspiration in others.
